We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative (m/f/d) located in Scandinavia, preferably in Denmark or Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will strengthen Weiss Chemie's presence in the Scandinavian market and drive our company's growth in the region. Your local presence and established network will enable you to provide excellent customer support and identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Market Expertise:
You have in-depth knowledge of adhesives and ideally experience in surface bonding, using this expertise to position our products effectively across various industrial sectors.
• Customer Support:
You will actively support and advise our customers in the Scandinavian area to increase our market presence and sales.
• New Customer Acquisition:
You will develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand our product portfolio in the market.
• Order Management:
You will work closely with our internal sales team, product management, and development to professionally handle customer inquiries and orders.
• Market Analysis and Development:
You will analyze the market and competitive landscape to identify sales opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Product Development:
You will participate in the development of our product portfolio, aligning it with market requirements and customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education:
Completed commercial or technical training with relevant further education or a university degree.
• Language Skills:
Fluent English is required; German is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Work Experience:
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the chemical industry or related sectors, with a focus on the Scandinavian market.
• Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Organizational Skills:
Outstanding self-organization and reliability.
• Willingness to Travel:
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60%).

Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Analytical Thinking:
Strong analytical skills for evaluating market information and developing sales strategies.

• Technical Affinity:
Good technical understanding.

Proficient in CRM systems, ideally with experience in MS Navision.

Flexibility in responding to changing market conditions and customer demands.
